The resort provides a relaxing holiday atmosphere, but can get busy at weekends and in high season due to its proximity to the former capital, Cuitadella, which is less than two miles away. The white sandy beach is nestled in a rocky cove and is safe for swimming and other water sports which are offered along the sea front.
