Ciutadella does not have its own beach but has numerous other attractions for tourists with its medieval cobbled streets, magnificent architecture and picturesque harbour. The local festival ‘fiesta de San Juan’ at the end of June each year lasts for two days with jousting and horse displays.

Daily ferry services run from Ciutadella to the island of Majorca. A diving and sailing school provide tuition for all levels of competence.

Ciudadella has a vibrant nightlife with lots of bars, restaurants and night clubs. There is a good choice of shops with markets held daily in the Piaza de Mercatand on Friday and Saturday in Piaza de Esborn.

Ciudadella offers a wonderful cultural experience with good dining, night life and beautiful sunsets.
